Welcome to Metrics Relay. By accessing or using our website and services at metricsrelay.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Metrics Relay provides automated PDF report generation and scheduling from Notion databases. The Service includes connecting to your Notion workspace, configuring report schedules, generating PDF reports, and delivering them via email and/or Slack.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Terms
– You must provide accurate and complete account information.
– You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
– You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
– You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Notion Integration
– You must have a valid Notion account and workspace to use the Service.
– By connecting your Notion workspace, you authorize us to access the databases you select.
– We access your Notion data only as necessary to provide the Service.
– You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from your Notion workspace.
– You may revoke access at any time through your Notion integration settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
– Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
– Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
– Upload or transmit malicious code or content.
– Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express permission.
– Exceed reasonable usage limits designed to overload the system.
6. Subscription & Payment
6.1 Plans
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan includes limited functionality. Paid plans unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.
6.2 Billing
– Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh.
– Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
– Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property
– The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Metrics Relay and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
– You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including your Notion database content.
– Generated PDF reports are your property. We claim no ownership over report content.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Service Availability
– We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
– The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (such as Notion API outages).
– We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrics Relay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metrics Relay from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
– You may close your account at any time.
– We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
– Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
– We will delete your data within 30 days of account termination, except as required by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Metrics Relay operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
