– Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and profile picture.

– Usage Data: We gather information about your interactions with our platform, including IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited.

– Notion Data: When you connect Metrics Relay to your Notion account, we collect specific information, including your Notion workspace name, the email address associated with your Notion account, and your Notion profile picture. For any connected databases, we store property names, database names, and database IDs, which are necessary for identifying the databases linked to your reports. We do not store the property values from your Notion databases, only the property names.

– Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We do not directly collect or store your credit card information. We receive subscription status and plan information from Polar.sh via webhooks.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored using industry-standard practices including encryption at rest in Vercel Postgres.

Generated PDF reports are stored on Cloudinary. Emails are sent via Resend — we store email metadata (recipient, timestamp, status) but not email content after delivery.

User authentication is managed by Clerk with industry-standard security practices. Your access tokens for Notion are encrypted and stored securely.

– Analytics data: Retained in aggregate for up to 24 months.

– Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
