At Metrics Relay, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
1. Send an email to support@metricsrelay.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include the email address associated with your Metrics Relay account.
3. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time after the 30-day period.
Exceptions
– Service downtime: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using it, you may be eligible for a prorated credit regardless of the 30-day window. Contact us to discuss.
– Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated subscription-and-refund cycles).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. After cancellation:
– Your scheduled reports will continue to run until the end of your billing period.
– Your account will revert to the free plan after your billing period ends.
– Your data and report configurations will be preserved.
